Monthlv Services include:

medical trips (medical
trips include primary care & pharmacy).
• Out of area medical
specialist trips are charged at $4 a mile.
• At your discretion
driving is charged at $4 per mile.
Desert Elite Platinum Membership
(24 HourMinimum Trip Booking)
Monthly services include:
• 12x 30-Mile round medical trips (medical trips include primary care and pharmacy).
• 1x Out of area medical
specialist trip up to 100 miles round trip per month (any additional trip charged at $3.50 per mile).
•1x At your discretion non medical stop 30mile round trip per month (any additional trip charged at $3.50 per mile).
